Gravitys Edge Computers is an all-in-one source for Computer Services! Gravitys Edge Computers offers on-site or in-home PC Repair, Networking, and Training. Our store front is stocked with common computer product needs like blank CDs, DVDs, Cables, and more. We are also able to offer in-store computer repair for the most difficult problems. Recently we have expanded our services to include Web Development, Graphic Design, and EBay Selling Services. About Gravitys Edge
Gravitys Edge Computers is an LLC based out of Palmyra, Vriginia owned localy by Ian McDaniel. Gravitys Edge Computers was founded in 2001 as Palmyra's first computer repair business. Gravitys Edge technicians work with the customer to involve them in the computer repair process. Customers are informed of what went wrong and the options of fixing it. Gravitys Edge Computers works for you and we will do our best to get you the most affordable and cost effective computer solution for whatever your need may be.
Our Ticket System
Gravitys Edge has implimented a ticket system to help orginize and catalogue our contacts and service agreements. Every seperate bill has a unique number used to identify it in our system. Each number comes sequencialy and all systems are worked on in turn. For example, If you stop into the store and we're currently working on numbers 101 to 105, and there are 2 people waiting ahead of you, your ticket will be 108. This system insures that customers are served in a timely and orginized matter so all work gets done as fast and quickly as possible, with less hastle.
